**Sponsor an Admitted Student Reception for admitted students, parents, and alumni. (Held in April.)
**Sponsor a Summer Send-Off for incoming freshmen from the area, plus current students, parents, and alumni. (Held in late July or early August.)
**Sponsors provide the location and refreshments for these events. The University coordinates all communication. University representatives are usually

This entails setting up and conducting the interviews, completing and submitting Interview Reports, and following up with admitted students. Interview Days (held in some committee areas) typically involve 4 hours on a weekend afternoon.

Represent Washington University at college fairs.
Present WU Book Awards to local high school students.

Participate in a Group Meeting for prospective students and parents (led by an admissions officer).
Attend Interview Days in my area; welcome students and parents and socialize with parents as their children are being interviewed. (Held at various locations in your area such as high schools.)
