Some students have reported problems opening the online request form using Microsoft Internet Explorer. If you are having trouble opening the form please follow the steps below. You should then be able to access the form on our secure server:

• Choose “Tools” from the menu and then “Internet Options”.
• Under the resulting window click on the tab named “Advanced”.
• Scroll down the list of options, under “Security” you may have the box checked for “Use TLS 1.0”.
• Uncheck that box and then click on the “Apply” button and then click on the “OK” button.
