Interview Days (held in some committee areas) typically involve up to four hours on a weekend day. Serve as a College Fair representative Host an event: Host an APAP Kick-Off (training/social meeting held in the fall) Sponsor* a Summer Send-Off for incoming freshmen (held in July/August) Sponsor* an Admitted Student Reception (held in April) *Sponsors provide the location and refreshments for these events. The University coordinates all communication, logistics, and invitations. University representatives are usually not present.
